My family has purchased from SRS multiple times and we all have earrings from them. The products are beautiful and unique and brilliant for sensitive ears (two of the family react to base metals).
This recent order, unfortunately, came with a broken earring but SRS reacted so quickly and sent out a replacement the next day. Ensuring presents were ready in time for Christmas.
We're all massive fans and we will continue to get all our earrings from SRS.

As expected.
These earrings look so pretty but the butterfly backs are tiny and the posts are very thin. One of the posts bent as I was trying to get the back onto it and broke off when I straighten it. I know they were inexpensive but they are still a waste of money if they fall to bits.
