Have an idea you’d love to see in silver?

Some of my favourite designs began as customer suggestions 💙

Hi lovely human,

I wanted to write this email to say thank you, and to ask you something.

From your ideas to silver

So many of my favourite designs over the years have come directly from your suggestions.

Some of them were beautifully specific and full of character, and they’ve led me down creative paths I might never have explored otherwise.

The blue-footed booby birds are still a favourite of mine, and right now I’m working on a pair of kookaburra earrings suggested by a customer called Julianne, which already feel full of story and charm.

“My kids love your earrings, especially the birds and sea-themed ones. If you ever make anything with kookaburras, please let me know.”
— Julianne, customer

Why I love designing this way

That’s something I really value about Silver Rain Silver. It’s never been about chasing trends, but about creating storytelling jewellery. Pieces inspired by animals, nature, curiosity, and small details that mean something to the person wearing them. I love that there’s room for many different tastes, stories, and ideas.

With silver prices having more than doubled over the last 12 months, choosing to make more niche designs does come with its challenges. But I feel incredibly fortunate to have a community that resonates with this way of creating, and that supports thoughtful, character-led pieces.

I'd love your ideas

So I wanted to ask you.
If there’s an animal, idea, or little story you’d love to see turned into a piece of jewellery, I’d truly love to hear it.

Thank you for being here, for sharing your ideas, and for supporting this small brand.

With gratitude,
Emma

I’d love a pair of japanese wind socks earrings, perhaps with enamel?

Pickleball jewelry!! Everyone is playing but it’s hard to find cute silver jewellery, everything is ugly

would love it if you ever made some sheltie earrings, your border collie heads are very similar and I have bought your rough collie earrings. If you made your rough collie earrings with shorter legs and offered different colours, I know a lot of people with shelties. black & white and merle and not found very often.

I’m new here and yet to order, and I don’t know if you’ve done this before, but how about cute little aliens?

Please can we have little chef hats? (youngest daughter is a head chef and very proud of it)
Can you also make a compass? Or some travel themed earrings? Eldest daughter is a nomad!
