Have an idea you’d love to see in silver?
Some of my favourite designs began as customer suggestions 💙
Hi lovely human,
I wanted to write this email to say thank you, and to ask you something.
So many of my favourite designs over the years have come directly from your suggestions.
Some of them were beautifully specific and full of character, and they’ve led me down creative paths I might never have explored otherwise.
The blue-footed booby birds are still a favourite of mine, and right now I’m working on a pair of kookaburra earrings suggested by a customer called Julianne, which already feel full of story and charm.

Why I love designing this way
That’s something I really value about Silver Rain Silver. It’s never been about chasing trends, but about creating storytelling jewellery. Pieces inspired by animals, nature, curiosity, and small details that mean something to the person wearing them. I love that there’s room for many different tastes, stories, and ideas.
With silver prices having more than doubled over the last 12 months, choosing to make more niche designs does come with its challenges. But I feel incredibly fortunate to have a community that resonates with this way of creating, and that supports thoughtful, character-led pieces.
I'd love your ideas
So I wanted to ask you.
If there’s an animal, idea, or little story you’d love to see turned into a piece of jewellery, I’d truly love to hear it.
Thank you for being here, for sharing your ideas, and for supporting this small brand.
With gratitude,
Emma

Hi there, I have several pairs of your earrings and love them all! I would love to see a tree porcupine with two different poses, one looking back over his shoulder and the other clinging onto a tree branch. The other would be a potoroo with their cute pointy nose and kangaroo like back legs and tail. Hope that helps!
I would love to see some different dog breed studs.
Maybe head or body shape
I would absolutely love to see ground hornbill earrings as studs!!! They’re (both Southern and Northern) the most stunning and spectacular birds of the African savannah and cannot get enough recognition.
Red panda
Alchemical symbology is fascinating in its hidden meanings and they look cool too! Would be neat to see an alchemy inspired line of pendants. Maybe Aztec, Mayan and Incan artifact inspired pendants too? Ancient mysterious civilizations and their history are very interesting. Maybe have an archaeological finds inspired line from what’s been found? Egyptian artifacts are good too. Maybe it’ll get people interested in world history! To be able to wear something inspired by ancient practices or artifacts found from ancient civilisations I think is a great reminder of what has since been forgotten in our modern day world.
