Have an idea you’d love to see in silver?
Some of my favourite designs began as customer suggestions 💙
Hi lovely human,
I wanted to write this email to say thank you, and to ask you something.
So many of my favourite designs over the years have come directly from your suggestions.
Some of them were beautifully specific and full of character, and they’ve led me down creative paths I might never have explored otherwise.
The blue-footed booby birds are still a favourite of mine, and right now I’m working on a pair of kookaburra earrings suggested by a customer called Julianne, which already feel full of story and charm.

Why I love designing this way
That’s something I really value about Silver Rain Silver. It’s never been about chasing trends, but about creating storytelling jewellery. Pieces inspired by animals, nature, curiosity, and small details that mean something to the person wearing them. I love that there’s room for many different tastes, stories, and ideas.
With silver prices having more than doubled over the last 12 months, choosing to make more niche designs does come with its challenges. But I feel incredibly fortunate to have a community that resonates with this way of creating, and that supports thoughtful, character-led pieces.
I'd love your ideas
So I wanted to ask you.
If there’s an animal, idea, or little story you’d love to see turned into a piece of jewellery, I’d truly love to hear it.
Thank you for being here, for sharing your ideas, and for supporting this small brand.
With gratitude,
Emma

My granddaughter loves wrens and she likes hawthorn. Have you got anything along those lines? Xxx
My suggestion is: little houses, like a cute cottage or the lovely Germanic style houses. Also, well known structures like Big Ben, the Eiffel Tower, the leaning tower of Piza etc. Pieces that look like stained glass window panels would also be great
I love your designs! It would be lovely to see a warning/hazard symbol set such as the biohazard/toxic waste/radioactive/explosion/combusion risk signs, either together or as a mismatch with one on either side, in the same kind of tongue-in-cheek morbidity as the Schrödinger’s Cat set.
Please do some little brown chickens, not roosters. On a hoop or stud. Love all my chickens but my little brown ones are the best!
Hi, I often visit your shop looking for pugs. I have two pugs, one cream and one black. If you could create a pug, I would be grateful. Thank you
