Flat Back (Internally Threaded): Post length is 8mm, 1.1mm thick (fits 16 gauge).
Materials and Care: These are made of sterling silver with the option of 18ct gold coating. Only precious metals are used and they are hypoallergenic. They are tarnish resistant but please keep in a sealed plastic bag when not wearing.

The main shaft of these which has the internal thread is too thick to get through a pierced ear. I've tried numerous ways to put these earrings in and nothing works as the internal threaded part is too thick so I'm unable to wear them
Just can’t get on with these- difficult to get in, practically impossible to thread and screw once in and the posts are way too long for my lobes- they just don’t work for me
As soon as I tried to unscrew them, the front broke off so I couldn't use them.
Just can’t get them on at all! Even tried using blue tac to get a better grip! But just won’t thread.
The earrings are pretty but the backs are really tricky to get through the back of my ears, they are so tiny I couldn't get a grip on them.
