Flat Back (Internally Threaded): Post length is 8mm, 1.1mm thick (fits 16 gauge).
Screw Backs (with balls): Post length is 6mm, 0.9mm thick (fits 18 gauge). The balls are 4mm.
Studs (with butterfly backs): Post length is 11mm, 0.7mm thick (fits 20 gauge).
Materials and Care: These earrings are made with solid sterling silver and coated with either Rhodium or 18ct yellow gold. Both versions are anti-tarnish and hypoallergenic. Please keep your sterling silver jewellery in a sealed plastic bag when not wearing, to minimise tarnishing. Choose from the drop-down menu: gold or silver .

I love all the earrings I purchased from Silver Rain, the only issue is the studs are slightly long and pick the back of ears, however, I made a mistake of not getting the ones with flat back. I am definitely getting more earrings from this brand in the future.

Beautiful forget me not earings
Well made with plenty of thread on the screw. The only improvement for me would be a slightly shorter post so the earring sits properly against my ear lobe.

Purchased as 'sleeper' earrings-sadly not suited
I have skin that heals piercings exceptionally fast, so have always slept with simple studs since the day I had them pierced. Some studs poke the back of the ear whilst sleeping. I thought the screw on ball back might work but sadly not. These are also far more fiddly than expected. Very pretty to wear occasionally l, but I'll stick to traditional butterfly backs until I can find some that work.
