Flat Back (Internally Threaded): Post length is 8mm, 1.1mm thick (fits 16 gauge). Screw Backs (with balls): Post length is 6mm, 0.9mm thick (fits 18 gauge). 4mm balls. Studs (with butterfly backs): Post length is 11mm, 0.7mm thick (fits 20 gauge). Materials and Care: These are made of sterling silver, with the option of 18ct gold plating or 14ct rose gold plating. Only precious metals are used and they are hypoallergenic. Please keep in a sealed plastic bag when not wearing. Pretty earrings but hard to put on!

Like another reviewer I found these really fiddly. I have three love piercings in each ear. On my third attempt I managed to get one on . If you’ve got some willing to fit the stem you’re halfway there but the stem is thick and I struck it lucky today and found a hole. Usually you can see where you are inserting the front of the earring so bear in mind with these you going blindly from the back. To be honest really pretty but a huge faff.

Too fiddly so can’t use them.

I bought the flat back earrings thinking they’d be more practical for work but they’re too small and fiddly and I’ve not been able to screw the front on. I should have realised but I guess I thought the ear ring would be the pointy part that would go into the stud to screw on but actually it is a hollow tube that you have to try and poke a really thin screw in (and then screw). In terms of quality, they seem lovely but for obvious reasons, I can’t say how well they last because for me, they are unusable and has been a waste of money as I bought 2 different pairs.

Okay I guess

Bought 3 studs and one came broken not the end of the world since I have odd piercings in my ears but still annoying. Didn’t want to bother trying to return.
