Still waiting for the item

Unfortunatley at this moment in time of writing this review I am unable to provide any feedback on the item as it has not arrived still after 8 days.
However the team have been helpful in assisting with emails that I have been sending enquiring about the items whereabouts and how we are going to resolve this problem.
Hopefully the item arrives soon as it was a wedding anniversay present!!!
