Lovely helpful company! I messaged about buying some mismatched ear rings Although these were not advertised as such, they agreed to send me the mismatched pair, meaning they too were left with a mismatched pair. Then there was a problem with the order and despite following their instructions I received a matched pair! Contacted the company and they immediately sent out a second matched pair - so I now have 2 sets of mismatched ear rings. I can’t fault the customer service. And ear rings aren’t bad either! Thank you
