The necklace comes with an 18 inch chain. (45cm) including an adjustable chain - the shortest setting is 16 inch (40cm). You can choose the number of birthstones from the drop-down menu. The stone is 6.5mm.
Materials and Care: These are made of sterling silver and coated with the precious metal Rhodium or 18ct yellow gold or 14ct rose gold. They are hypoallergenic. They are tarnish-resistant but please keep in a sealed plastic bag when not wearing.

Whilst the birthstone charms look okay they aren't as big as expected and the chain is much finer and cheaper than the one pictured ,so overall quite disappointed.
