Recently purchased 4 pairs of huggie hoops. The quality of the earrings is excellent for the very reasonable price and even better on a 4 for 3 offer ! Unfortunately one of the earrings of the 4 pairs would not clip into place . I contacted customer services seeking to purchase a single earring . The customer service was fantastic , prompt reply with an explanation as to why this can happen and clear instructions on how to possibly correct it . When this failed to resolve the problem another prompt reply with the assurance of a replacement. I was happy to purchase and cover P&P but a brand new pair were sent free of charge ! Overall , an excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be purchasing more in the future !
