Ordered a number of sets of earrings and a bracelet from Silver Rain. Unfortunately the shipment was delivered to incorrect address (A Royal Mail delivery error despite it being a correctly addressed and 'tracked' package, so not Silver Rain's fault) but once Silver Rain were notified of the non-arrival a replacement shipment was sent out very promptly 'no questions asked' - you cannot fault that kind of customer service. The jewellery is excellent quality, and the packaging more than adequate to protect it during shipment, with nice velvet gift pouches included.
The mis-delivered package eventually turned up, so we advised Silver Ran and returned it.
So, excellent jewellery - exactly as shown on webpages, arrives in nice presentation pouches, and faultless customer service...we will happily purchase from them again, thank you.
