Absolutely no fault of Rain Silver Rain who dispatched very quickly, I waited 10 days without receiving the item due to a very tardy postal service. When I chaced my order RSR were so helpful and immediately offered to post a replacement firs class. At the last minute, the item arrived. Thanks to RSR for excellent customer service (and super cute axolotl earrings).
