I purchased small gold cube earrings. Which arrived promptly and was well packaged. The cube earrings are exactly as illustrated. The backs of the earrings were on the tight side . However, once I contacted the company to explain my issue they were very responsive and replied to my emails quickly . They did their utmost to rectify the problem.
