Adorable item and lovely people!

The necklace is absolutely adorable and was delivered to Portugal incredibly fast. The packaging is perfect: the necklace came inside a double ziplock bag that separates the pendant from the rest of the necklace to prevent scratching, and said ziplock came wrapped in protective plastic and inside an adorable SRS bag! Everything came inside a padded envelope. The staff was also incredibly helpful, kind and fast when I had issues with customs. I'm in love with the product and the amount of care put into it!
